A space that stretches over two kilometres, between La Mamounia and Menara Gardens, and represents an area of approximately 40 hectares. Located in the middle of Ghabet Chabab.
This Project is one of the colossal projects of this program, it aims to:
- Reinforce the character and the vocation of green city of Marrakech
- Develop an N'Zaha promenade between the Medina and the Menara
- Create an urban park of more than 40 Ha in the city center
- Preserve, enhance and ensure a link with the existing olive grove
- Propose typical plant atmospheres: olive groves, orchards, palm groves, desert of stones and sand

- Develop a secure pedestrian crossing on Avenue Mohammed VI
- Complete the parking offer by creating local car parks (more than 1,000 new spaces created)
